About Us

Our Heart and Mission

SeeHer Foundation NPC is a non-profit company with a simple yet profound goal: to make high-quality breast cancer screening available to women who wouldn’t otherwise have access. We specifically focus on partnering with corporations to reach employees and contract workers – the cleaners, security guards, and kitchen staff – who are integral to our environments but often lack medical aid and employee benefits.

Our name, ‘SeeHer’, is a promise, reflecting our commitment to screen women and truly see, acknowledge, and support these incredible individuals who often go unnoticed. We understand this journey intimately because we’ve walked it ourselves. This personal experience fuels our deep belief that quality healthcare shouldn’t be reserved for those with privilege.

What We Do

Making a Real Difference

A mammogram and ultrasound, even at our discounted rate, are simply out of reach for those earning very little and without medical aid. State hospitals typically only perform diagnostic tests once symptoms appear, sadly dropping survival rates significantly. We step in to offer routine screening, catching cancer early when it’s most treatable. We understand the fear and cultural barriers, which is why our chaperones, alongside our founders’ shared stories of survival, make such a profound difference – holding a hand, offering reassurance, and making futures possible.

What People
Say About Us

I was one of the lucky ones to have gone for the cancer awareness program for the breast. Coming from a family where most females had breast cancer. My mom had breast cancer and unfortunately, she passed on. I took this opportunity so that I can go. As I was going, I was a bit nervous knowing that we have a history of cancer in my family. I went there – luckily they didn’t find anything. They said I was OK. I am grateful to SeeHer. If it wasn’t for SeeHer I was never going to do it. Even some of my colleagues were never going to do it and I urged a lot of people that if they want to do this they should never be scared. It is better to know than not to know. It is good to know what you are suffering from while you can still get treatment.

SeeHer did this initiative for us as we don’t have medical aid. If it wasn’t for this initiative …. I am one of the people who went for the test and they turned positive. If it wasn’t for this initiative I wouldn’t have, just on my own went and taken tests. It could have been worse. It was found. The lump was found on my breast and more tests were done. I am so thankful for this initiative because it could have been worse if it wasn’t for this.
Patience, Test participant
This has been one of the best initiatives that we have ever done. With breast cancer and mammograms, preventative medicine is key and being able to offer these women access to this type of screening and to offer them support and going with them has literally been one of the best things I have done in my six years here.
